Bob holds a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and brings over 15 years of experience in admissions consulting. He began his career in Shanghai with New Pathway Education and EIC Group, helping hundreds of students gain admission to Ivy League schools and top U.K. universities.

In 2016, Bob joined Crimson Education, rising to Director of Global Strategy Consulting where he led a team of 70+ consultants serving 3,000+ students worldwide. Under his leadership, students gained admission to Ivy League and Top 30 U.S. universities at rates three times higher than international averages.

As Director of University Admissions at Crimson Global Academy, Bob built the counseling office from scratch, supporting 2,000+ students across 70 countries, with 70% gaining acceptance to QS World Top 100 universities and 95%+ accepted to their U.S. reach schools.

As Managing Partner of True North Education, Bob combines his global expertise with a student-centered approach, empowering young people across Asia to succeed at the world’s top universities.
